Yes. Every tier includes people, giving, check-ins, services, groups, events, communications, facilities, and reporting. The only differences are church age (Church Plant) and campus count (Multi-Campus) — we don't sell your church back to you one module at a time.

Churches less than three years old. You get the entire platform — the same modules as Congregation — at $29/mo while you get established. Once your church passes the three-year mark, you move to Congregation pricing.

Giving runs through your church's own Helcim account — you connect it during setup, and once connected, donations settle straight to your account; we never touch them. Your church pays Helcim's interchange-plus rates, which typically land below flat-rate processors, and the donor-covers-fees option means the fund still receives the intended amount. There's no SundayHQ markup hidden in the donation flow.

No — and that's a deliberate choice, not a missing feature. Carrier rules now require every church to register and pay for its own dedicated sending number, which means texting is either non-compliant or another line item on your bill. We put that investment into the two channels we can make genuinely great instead: unlimited email, and free push notifications through the member app. Both are included in every tier with no per-message fees.

Nothing from us. Volunteers get their checks from their local police service — the standard for kids ministry, and usually free or nearly free for volunteers with a letter from the church. SundayHQ tracks the result (with an optional document upload), drives the expiry and recheck cycle, and gates rooms that refuse unscreened volunteers — all included in every tier.

When you run more than one campus: campus-scoped staff, org-level rollups for the executive team, and — important in Canada — campuses that are separate legal charities with their own registration numbers and independent receipt sequences.

No. Flat monthly pricing with unlimited staff accounts. Your congregation growing should be good news, not an invoice event.

Switching is a feature, not a project. The importers map known export formats, dry-run with duplicate and error reports, commit in tracked batches, and can roll back. Giving history keeps its dates and funds so historical receipts still reproduce.

All plan prices are in US dollars (USD), billed monthly. Church giving still runs through your own Helcim account in your local currency.
